Community Capital (CCC) is a not-for-profit, U.S. Treasury-certified, community development finance institution (CDFI) started in 2019 for the purpose of improving capital flows to minority-owned businesses and to businesses that impact low to moderate income employment opportunities throughout New England. CCC accomplishes this by providing capital, education, and technical assistance within these target markets.
CCC provides capital, from equity to debt to mezzanine investment, in amounts from $5,000 up to several million dollars per company. CCC offers term loans, working capital lines of credit, financing for real estate and equipment, loans for debt refinancing or restructuring, funds for business acquisition, and more. We specialize in creating workable financing solutions for complex business problems. In 2020 alone, CCC provided technical assistance and funding to 16 companies with more than $10.0 million of capital provided.
